Appointment Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to cancelling your appointment in less than 24-hours notice, same day reschedule to a different day, and no shows.
50% of your total appointment fee that day will be charged for missed appointments. They are considered missed appointments if it’s less than 24 hours regardless if you’re scheduling an appointment another day.
As we are an appointment-only establishment, you need to book ahead and cancel ahead of time. Your appointments will be checked and noted in your file of a same day cancel/reschedule.
Your cancellation should be done by phone if it’s short notice.
If you’re cancelling more than 24-hours ahead, you should be able to do this from the emails sent to you. You’ll be able to cancel and reschedule through the link in the email which looks like the following at the bottom of the reminder email.
Your appointment isn’t considered cancelled unless you receive confirmation via phone or email message, if this is short notice.
Multiple occurrences will put you on our prepay list and you’ll be required to prepay using PayPal or e-transfer before your appointments will be approved.
Savvy Girl/ Man Up Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy
Appointments at Sugar Me Right! are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. You’re responsible for scheduling your monthly LA service(s) in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider. You may schedule up to four services in a month if time allows.
Per our cancellation policy, please provide 24-hours notice to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged a no-show fee which is equal to 50% of the total cost of your monthly rate, for each missed appointment.
The no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. If we receive an NSF, you’ll be committed to paying the missed appointment before any future appointments are booked.
Same-day cancellation or reschedule is considered a missed appointment. You’ll be charged 50% of the old maintenance service fee which was $30, so that is $15 for the missed savvy and 50% of other additional services you have, for example, a vacial which is $15 regular or any other service.
If the card fails to process, you’ll need to pay this at the next appointment.
